Steel scraps shall be considered free of alloys when the residual alloying elements do not exceed the following percentages:

Chromium 0.20
Molybdenum 0.10

The combined residuals other than manganese shall not exceed a total of 0.60 percent.

Payment Terms: Plus: One month Deposit applied towards shipping plus Fully Funded DLC payable against commercial invoice, OBOL, SGS and CCIC/CIQ for the full amount of the first month shipment. Deposit will be deducted 1/12 part monthly from the contract price.
PBG Guarantee: 2 % operative Corporate PG Bond to be issued by seller. When the LC's first billing is completed, the Seller will post a SBLC against its Corporate Performance Bond to the buyer indicated in the contract.
