C ) Quantity & Quality :
1. HMS 1&2 = HMS.1 (80%) + HMS 2 (20%) By Bulk and Container
- by container : 1,000MT to 5,000MT/ month only.
- by vessel : minimum 15,000MT/shipment

2. Used Rails : R 50 - R65 Length = 6 meter - 12meter.
- by vessel : 12,500MT/shipment

D) Price:
1. HMS 1&2 Price = CIF $310 USD Per Ton.
2. Used Rails Price = CIF $290 USD Per Ton.

E) Country of Origin :
1. HMS 1&2 : USA - Europe
2. Used rails : USA - Europe

F) Shipment :
Within 45 working days after L/C or BG date.

F) Payment terms :
1. Letter of Credit : Irrevocable, Transferable, 100% L/C at sight.
2. Bank Garantee : T/T 7 Banking days after the goods arriving at The destination port.

H) Inspection:
by SGS; We confirmed that the materials will not contain any types of arms,amunation,mines,shells,cartridges,Radioactive contaminated or any other explosive material in any form either used or otherwise".
